Senior Producer

Your organized budgets, schedules and meetings are just the way you operate. You’re clear, calm headed and generally unflappable. You excel at the big picture – think strategy, efficiency, profitability – but you can sweat the small stuff when it’s called for. You love the web, your clients and dogs, not necessarily in that order. You speak fluent social media and can hold your own in a high-stakes bocci tournament. That last part is not a joke, but you do like jokes, which is good, as you’ll often be called upon to tell them. 

Our Requirements

Project Management

• Minimum 5 years experience as a producer in digital or related experience.
• Hands on experience creating statements of work, functional specifications, budgets, and schedules
• Hands on experience with risk management and meeting facilitation
• Adept at using the agile methodology to lead teams through projects
• Ability to facilitate post-mortems and distribute shared learnings 
• Ability to identify risks, analyze options to mitigate risks, and raise concerns to senior management appropriately
• Leads by example with respect to conflict resolution philosophies
• Active contributor to team development through mentorship and performance feedback
• Knows how to motivate, challenge and drive a team to strive for creative excellence while balancing the budget and timeline
• Skilled in facilitating brainstorming sessions early on in a project
• Ability to analyze a process and help drive improvements that are needed
• Expertise in managing multiple projects effectively
• Strong writing and communication skills

Client Management

• Fosters a healthy working relationship with clients

• Strong ability to negotiate budgets and timelines with clients
• Looks for new business opportunities with the clients 
• Knows how to elicit client business objectives

• Ability to successfully manage the change request process
• Ability to balance client needs and project needs


Agency Management

• Experience in creating weekly project updates for agency executives
• Adept at managing and analyzing monthly financials for projects
• Ability to contribute heavily to the business process analysis for the agency
• Experience in conducting effective interviews with potential candidates
• Proven experience in creating pitches and RFP responses
• Experience effectively managing resources (including contractors) and balancing all project needs
