Every second Friday, employees work on their own projects and ideas.

Every quarter we stop work for a day, break into teams, and solve a defined problem facing one of our clients by delivering a finished product by the next morning. Because of the 24-hour turnaround, many people in the design and developer world call this event a FedEx Day – we like to call it Make-it-or-Fake-it Day.

Every employee has a yearly budget for professional development to use as they see fit.

We know how to have fun at the office.

We're based in the heart of Vancouver’s Railtown in a cool building with exposed brick, wooden beams and a killer view of the mountains.

We play games like foosball, Xbox, bocce and Wii to blow off steam. We even have a soapbox derby car that we race for charity. Low-stakes Texas hold’em and whiskey tastings have also been known to occur from time to time.
